Is it possible to get a refund?

Heyoo r2 admins, was just wondering if it is possible to get a refund because I accidentally purchased crystals for S4 Wastelands (not a server I play into) instead of purchasing it for S5 Himeng Valley. Pls help me with this issue. Thanks

There is a process that you can choose to do, but it won't count as a recharge, so you won't get any of the bonuses that come from recharging. You could ask for the bonuses, but I cannot guarantee that you will receive them before the event ends if R2 agrees to send them.

What R2 can do is ban the toon you recharged, as long as none of the crystals were used, and then manually send the crystals to your intended toon. You would need to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support, and indicate which toon has the crystals, which toon needs the crystals, and your agreement to the banning of the toon that has the crystals.
