crystal transfer

i would like to ask
is there a way to transfer crystal from A account to B account?
it same owner
crystal A account have from recharge n some free from event
i have a plan to play from start again but want crystal from old account n maybe vip too

so is there a way to transfer that crystal or even vip?
plz tell me how

In the manner you are describing, no crystals cannot be transferred between accounts. VIP is not transferable at all.

If you accidentally recharged on a character, and need those crystals moved to the correct character, you can send in a ticket and the crystals will be moved, if none of the crystals were spent and you agree to your character being permanently banned. But, they will not transfer a remaining balance of crystals from one character to another.
