christmas deals should be extended knowing the fact that the recharging crystal is broken. its almost ending already but we still didnt receive the crystals we purchase !!! people from my server is already getting mad because they recharge for that deals and its gonna end without their crystals delivered.

I've only heard of but two incidents today where crystals were not immediately delivered upon completing the transaction. I will forward your proposal, however the team will be taking into account that it is a conditional delivery delay, which can and does happen from time-to-time, rather than an entire system delay. -
about 4 from our guild suffered the same thing. after knowing its broken others planning to cash will just wait until they fix it.Comment

The team is currently looking into your transaction to see what the problem is, as they are also checking to see if the delay is from our end.
