Don't bother trying to enchant frag +11 with DC. The success rate is a lie. Ive seen it over and over enchanting now. The 60 to 70% success rate is false. its more like 40 to 50 max. Think very hard before spending any crystals on Dragon Crystal its useless for frag enchant to higher levels.
