I hope this can help answer your question at the very least or give you an idea. A knight in our server does it solo and is able to do nightmare mode with about 80 to 90K attack (buffed), but at about 30k pdef and 20k mdef, he dies very very frequently before completing the dungeon and killing glutton. Another knight is able to do it fairly okay (take note, not easily) with 150K attack and 100K pdef and 70k mdef.

I guess having golden dragon mount, full +13/+14 gear, perfect frag, and demonlord wings will give you monstrous stats.

I can solo Evil beast nitemare now. My current stats are about 111k patk 74k pdef 58k mdef. With these stats I still need Health Orb on and potions and still die sometimes. So maybe that will kinda help with what your lookin for.
