    Good evening, I want to know how long it takes for support to answer our ticket? Because I have already sent a ticket 2 months ago and I have not received any response to this date and I sent several messages during this time and to this day nothing. Thanks for listening.

        The ticket was answered on March 30th. Honestly, they should have sent you to the forum, as support staff does not recruit volunteers.
