If i refine my frag to 100%and i use for example celestial sweapon to refine into it, my stats will be lost if i upgrade my frag from I To II? or refined stats remain?Hope some1 will understand what i meen.

you not lose the stats upgrading frag but just can use a dragon sword or other frag to fuse it -
you will not lose, it is a mistake because all forge and synth item are always displayed without qualification Fragarach forge is always OS quality would be Synth Forge very different is how much luck you have (not your luck in the character display) but how much you really you get from R2.
