    Good day Sir. i am just wondering if u can trace my other account. I just forgot my other account bcoz i just come back playing again. thanks for replying in advance

    You can file a ticket and provide the team with the e-mail bound to your account (if there is one) and see if they will oblige you with such information. Tickets can be filed here: http://www.r2games.com/support/

      i dont have E mail bound for that account Reverie But my account id for that account is is very similar to this account.

        You can provide the exact user ID and have them reset your password after they confirm that you are the owner of the account.

          Reverie. how come your support person said its not fit what i send him a ticket ? i give me a screenshot just to proof that farmcollect6 is mine. its similar to farmcollect7 cant he tell by the name ? i send him all proof of it. And i can open it bcoz it has a lock character thats make even a strong proof that is mine account bcoz i can unlock the character. thanks in advance

            Screenshots do not prove ownership of an account. Neither does having a similar name or knowing the character lock. For instance, account sharers know each other’s character locks, and many players have alt accounts that uses “farm” in the ID. Neither of which are undoubtedly convincing of ownership.

            R2 asks for various information to confirm one’s identity, such as IP addresses, creation date, and past purchases, if any, to name a few.

              Hi Reverie. to my other account i just remember the name of my Character to that account. i already send a ticket but they not replying. i can answer now all of the question regarding to get back my other account. Thanks

                  Reverie. is it possible that my Ip address get change when i go to other country ? coz im a Seafarer/Sailor and i made my character when i was in Philippines.

                    Is it possible? Absolutely. However that is something you will need to discuss with R2 in the ticket.

                        I'm going to chime in here..

                        When you create an R2 account, you have to include an email. It doesn't let you create an account without one. You have to provide that email address so that your account can be located.

                        You were given a list of things R2 needs to verify which account you're referring to and prove that you are the creator of that account. Please reply to your original ticket with the list of things R2 needs.

                          Yeah, Thats the problem of my email. I cannot open it, is there any other way i can prove to you gentlemen that the account i wanna retrieve is mine ? because i just come back from playing again in like 8 straight months. I got a Lock on that character. I know the name. I know the ID. so please help me. its not really much but its my Alt Account.

                            You don't have to open it. You just need to provide it in your ticket reply.

                            Support sent you a very specific list of what they need from you to reset your password. Go back through the list, reply to your original ticket with the answers to that list.
