This instance’s failure to post both the patch notes and server launch announcement was due to miscommunication. R2 staffing underwent an e-mail update and did not receive e-mails from the devs containing said content.

That sounds more like non communication then a miscommunication, they didnt fail in any interprtation of anything, they just failed to do anything period. If it was a 1 time thing people may believe that sort of thing but by now we know better than to think that it was just a mistake, this is the overall attitude and performance by the company plain and simple. But it dont matter cause as we all know R2 dont read the forums or care about its players opinions or suggestions because only a bad company would listen to its consumers right??? LOL.
