If you are referring to forums, well, there's a few new posts every week mainly the maintenance schedules posted by the moderators. Occasionally there are a few posts regarding in game questions/concerns/complaints. For servers, well I would go to the latest that was merged. http://forum.r2games.com/forum/brows...t-01-00-am-est which from now and on I believe it will be referred as S7. There is people always playing, farming or doing their dailies, and they are always up to help anyone who requires assistance, just don't be shy to ask

S33 is still pretty active and s37 opens tomorrow I think so I'd check those.

No strength left for CSII, most clusters are almost dead, barely have any new people coming in to play. Why do you think people here have been constantly asking for a mega merge? I guess I'd suggest CS, there's some inactivity on some server groups but it fares way better than CSII, plus CS has a bigger community of active players.
