Mystical Slates ?

I have found some Mystical Slates (alot of them actually). I cannot find where to put them & no one to ask what they are for. I don't want to sell them if needed & they are taking alot of space in my small inventory. Does anyone know what they are for please? Thanks

I've never heard of them, are they not for a specific quest? Or if not can you remember where you found them

Those were looted in the area around celestial palace correct? There is an achiev for collecting a largish amount of them, like the vulture blood in the first area of the game

They are part of a optional quest in celestial ... you can toss an do it when you run across that optional quest. or ignore it
