My guess is that the game is pretty much finished and this is the last server. What do you think?

Hard to tell. Only the devs would definitely know. I guessed Stormthrone was closing due to longstanding bugs and no new servers released, and look, game is still running and it has been almost a year since I quit. Guessed Seas of Gold and Summoner's Legion would close down too due to not having that many players and lack of update, yet both are still up and running (been several months since I logged in there). A lot can happen in any game, be it for better or for worse.
