"Add new events." "Add new mechanics." I don't think people understand how difficult game designing is... They can't just type in, "add rebirth system" and it be added in. They'll have to accommodate for map changes and other changes from CS1. On top of that when it comes to events, what would you want to see? Kill x amount of mobs to get a quartermaster token? Maybe instead of complaining about the lack of new events, suggest new events. That way they'll have more to go on from the player base than just, "new stuff." And while I agree that the bugs are an issue and that they should be concerned about the players who are quitting, the idea of an MMO is to provide a story and content and to add to that over time. We saw that with the multiple features they added to CS1 as time passed and you see it all the time, heck they even added monster book to the game recently. Maybe instead of attacking R2 you should give suggestions and feedback and now I'm out.

The code is identical to CS1 this game has google analytics tracking thats the only difference. They are slowly introducing cs1 systems... this gme will become cs1 eventually they incrementally introducing changes and try to improve lifetime value with endless levels... aka more money

The game has been live for over three months and the only new mechanic they've opened is the monster handbook; and that hardly has anything non-cashers can do. They've had plenty of time to create new content or port over existing content from cs1 and they've done nothing. They are more interested in opening new servers to see that initial revenue bump while ignoring the people that are quitting due to the unfixed errors and general incompetence of this company. Keep being an apologist instead of asking this company to fix their game.

R2 has been doing this since time immemorial. No sense getting soft on R2. They don't listen to playerbase so any suggestion made by players is entirely pointless. I would have suggested events and even get proactive in forums for the betterment of the game, but its R2 we are talking about, so no, people will keep on complaining and players will keep on leaving. Btw, while monster handbook is a welcome addition, it is a cash-in feature, noncashers will not be able to take full advantage of it unless mark of god drops somewhere.

can we request rebirth?

how about runes that need to be synthed from shards found in random dungeons? make them like gems and allow them to be equipped in gear. maybe make them class specific?

also, is r2 aware of how upset their player base is? do they look at these forums?

lol now ur lieing memory. i have seen ppl said many things suggestions here
-new dungeons at lvl 65
-new wep for lvl 60+
-get the cupid pet
-mount race
-christmas tree collecting event exchange for diff packs
-santa tree pet/mount

You legit just suggested something that would be saved for holidays or seasonal events... I personally would like an increase in the level gap, additional quests, and maybe events where equipment is half off to repair for x amount of time, double elite spawn chances, more starglade torch events, stuff like for suggesting new events. Not stuff like, "add more permanent content." Like I said before, every game rolls out more content over time. You don't see WoW adding in new dungeons every weekend. That'd be insanely stupid. Personally, I'd love to just see new events that aren't based around Quartermaster Tokens or would give a chance at obtaining harder to get items such as Ice Shards that are limited to a single area. Maybe even 1.3x exp from mob kills for x amount of time. You need to suggest those kinds of events cause "add rebirth" "add sperion" is going to be systems that will, yet again, roll out over time if they choose to roll them out at all.

You're right, I didn't answer your last question. The devs don't read our forum. R2 does read the forum. I know this to be true because I often get yelled at for being too honest at times. One of the things R2 expects a forum moderator to do is filter suggestions, based on the overall feedback of the community over time, and occasionally I have to create a list on demand.

I appreciate your response and honesty. I think it's unbecoming of a company to yell at representatives for being honest. Transparency only leads to trust.

Transparency is a tricky thing. There's a lot wrong in a lot of areas, but not the things you would expect, and all of it leads to more questions that just don't have answers.

That makes sense. As much as the community would appreciate transparency on the general prospects/future of the game, I can easily see that from a business standpoint, certain questions shouldn't be answered.
