Description: During the event, players may visit the Quartermaster in Starglade to exchange 1 Gold for Heroic Wings (Bound) x2. Each player may do this exchange once per day.

Description: For the following week, a Mysterious Man will appear in Starglade (L1) every day.

a. Find him to get a Lucky Pack once per day. The Lucky Pack may or may not contain Quartermaster Token x1. Wish you luck!
b. You can also spend 6 Gold to purchase Torch x1 up to 3 times per day from him.

The 1st place will get a “1st Place Pack”. If the 1st place spends 150000 Crystal or above, he/she will receive a “1st Place Bonus Pack” which contains a set of very rare costume (stats +12%) and Enchanted Skill Dust x3.

The 2nd place will get a “2nd Place Pack”. If the 2nd place spends 100000 Crystal or above, he/she will receive a “2nd Place Bonus Pack” which contains a set of special costume (stats +10%) Enchanted Skill Dust x2.

The 3rd place will get a “3rd Place Pack”. If the 3rd place spends 50000 Crystal or above, he/she will receive a “3rd Place Bonus Pack” which contains a set of fancy costume (stats +8%) and Enchanted Skill Dust x1.

what if the 1 st place spent over 50k or 100k crystals you wont get the bonus pack of lower rank ? so if ur 1st ranked u have to spent 150k crystals to get a costume?

According to event description, yes. If you spend 1 Crystal and no one else spends you will get 1st Place reward, but you won't get the bonus pack, as for it you will need to spend 150k.
