Could you please elaborate the concern.

On some servers, bots snatch the ranking slots by using illegally obtained crystals, leaving the real players at an unfair disadvantage.

So what does R2 plan do to do about it?

As the fight against bots has proven futile, the only thing they can do is single-handedly ban each reported bot. Needless to say that another bot is surely to take its place as quickly as R2 can ban.
