Would like to see a system that pervents bad lag on slower internet connections

I would like to see a system that helps get rid of bad lag, for people with a slower internet connection, because I been getting lag so bad that the audio glitches, and I can't do anything. Not even move, or chat. Just a suggestion anyway.
