Something I've noticed is that when a new feature is added we're just left to discover it. In the case of Monster Book it was in our face but we still had to find out where we were supposed to go. While I'm not opposed to that element of, "find the place," it woulda been nice to have a least an idea of where we were supposed to go or the general guidelines. As far as I've seen when it rolled out, it coulda gone completely unnoticed had it been only accessible through a way similar to the Badge. Also the Twitter account never posts about new updates or patch notes. It'd be nice to at least see those kind of tweets or maintenance informing tweets to let us know that you're attempting communication.
