Beastmaster Guild Welfare

Hey there this game is great but there are some major issues about guild welfare skills which makes the beast master dominate. the last guild welfare skill in the right gives 1% chance to heal 3% of Health (when upgrade to lvl5 or 10 (10% to heal 30% of health)) which is too over power especially to classes who has a skill which increases attack speed. I would like to request change with this guild welfare skill or any sort of debuff to this like 3% of missing health or regenerates health by 1% for 3 seconds etc. because its too dominating to beast masters when it comes to pvp.
