How do you get to Bloodfang Village if you are below level 40. I thought you could be level 30 or higher?

socketing quest is in aurora point as i recall
anyway you can go to bloodfang either thru out map [press 'm' button then click on bloodfang] or teleport to tol then again press 'm' button then click on bloodfang
