That really depends on your case. If you would provide your ticket number, a moderator will forward it when available.

i havent been on this is a while and i realise my characters are gone user name xemnasxiii last place was in (s27) celestial palace

You will need to file a ticket to get your matter sorted out. Provide the IGN(s) of your missing toon(s) along with the server. The GMs will take a look around to see what's happened to your toon(s), and if restoration is appropriate, they will ask you to confirm a few things before proceeding.

Try double-checking the ticket number to make sure you're looking up the correct ticket.

I filed a ticket, they said it is resolved and they closed it. Thing is, I didn't get my toon back.

edit: nvm. it is still open upon checking.

Please file a ticket if your toon is still missing. You can do so here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your IGN along with your server, and briefly explain that your toon is still missing even after the server rollback was supposed to have "fixed" the problem. The team will assist you from there.
