May I know by what criteria does this game select which outfit should be bound and unbound?? Find it silly ..ended up with male beach bums in my inventory since all I saw were unbound ones . And thank you very much r2 for those aweeesome ho and 2exp for new year

Description: Beginning when the clock hits 00:00 on January 1st, 2016, the first player to kill 100 *Elite* monsters (level 30+) will be honored with the title “Elite Slayer” from Quartermaster! This title is available to just one person per server.
