You can access your personal rewards by going to www.r2games.com/user. When you click on the gift bag icon in the "Perks" line, it will take you to the page you can claim your codes on. If you click on them while the server is down, you can retrieve the code again just by clicking on the game portrait on that same page.

If you look at your log in page there is info about it.
You get rewards for being logged into the site.
