Description: Defeat level 30 and above elite monsters for a chance to receive a Hero Voucher. Collect 20 of these vouchers and exchange them for Hero’s Token x1 by visiting the Quartermaster in Starglade, once per day. You can use Hero’s Token to draw some rewards in some pack.

Pretty much the only new add on it's the 3rd page on handbook but since you need all 2nd open we don't get a chance to play with it! 200k xtal to open all orange in 2nd it's untouchable especially since funds got limited!
Might wanna rethink it a bit!
