Crystal Saga Servers on Kongregate Platform Shutting Down Being Delayed

You say shut down. Is the merge into S25 still going ahead or are you just closing the server down entirely without any warning before hand?

Yeah, I know it says to keep an eye for a future announcement, but I'd extremely appreciate a speedy response so I know who to direct any concerns or questions at. I'd rather not lose a character that I've had for several years with a lot of progress.

Kong servers are on hold for shutting down and will not be merging.

It is not an issue from R2's end, but Kongregate's.

Timelady I don't think the issue is on R2s end. I haven't heard anything specific but it sounds like there is an issue with Kongregate.
