      In my career, all the developers should be doing is fixing things and making new events, not be the ones who ban people. That is the moderators' job. Then, there are people who sorts the tickets sorting to category. R2 staff did this in the past and it was great, but with the lack of people and new games. They haven't been doing a decent job.

        Making early warnings 1hour or 30mins before doing the maintenance isnt that hard i guess... Now i wasted my ladder for the day. Thanks r2 ....

          i only send tickets about ingame probs... or if it's about toons it's to ask what i can do to help them in sever casses where they r suddenly 'disabled acc' or 'deleted' even... tho maybe that's why r2 don't read tickets anymore, because to many can't fase the other player ingame decently
