For my opinion only.

I think R2 paid the devs to make the bunny event for us.
Since it is not refundable. R2 pushing the devs to make it run.
If it will be remove. R2 will loose money.

this is pointless anymore....not like anyone is gonna listen anyways.The bunny race is the issue.....cause every time it starts....that is when everything goes haywire.I give up....thanks for taking my $$ R2.also Thanks for not listen to us...we know what the problem is....but you will not fix it.so good luck with your company and fare well.

In regards to all players with missing characters, you will need to file a ticket with the following information.

• Character name and server
• Screenshots of any purchases you've made. You'll need to screenshot your characters purchase history and a receipt of the purchase such as PayPal. (This helps prove you're the owner of the account. If you've made no purchases then ignore this step.)
• The email address attached to the account.
• Roughly the time the character was created.
• Finally, your IP Address when the character was created.

Once you've filed a ticket regarding your missing characters and 72 hours have passed without a response you can reach out to me or KanaDT with your email and a brief explanation of the situation we will be happy to forward your needing assistance with your ticket to the team. Thank you.

Character missing. I moved to a newer server hoping my character would survive better in the login issues. Guess what. Nope this morning it too is missing. I filed a ticket but I am very unhappy.

I created a Priest (Genny) on S131 until my beast master is reinstated from this mess. The guild that I was in is not even on the list of guilds to view now. What happened to my guild and my toon. I prepaid in advance for 2 months VIP on my Leanna Beast Master toon. Purchased crystal a couple of times, joined a nice group of fellow gamers (AFK) guild and low and behold once again my toon is missing from the login. I am angry beyond belief here. Furious is more like it.

I made a new toon and logged into S131 using a different name.
S131 is now merged into a large server group.
I filed a ticket, but I am not happy.

What seems to have happened, as far as I can tell, is that R2 have merged together a massive number of servers (possibly even ALL the servers) and then deleted everyone's characters. This is a colossal stuff up, even by the standards of a company like R2.
