I mean its just like unbound items (gears) you cant trade it or put to sell in shop, its bcuz they come in promo pack? (these of 1500 crystals) or just are bugged?

The packs cannot be traded, but the costumes inside of the packs can be, unless you wear them first (they say Bind on Equip). Mounts have never been a tradeable item, so those would have to be gifted from the item shop window in order to trade them.

So, I'm still not sure of what the problem you are having is.

Unfortunately, once you've equipped an item and it becomes bound, there's no way to make it unbound again.

Eeeehhhh...this event isn't half bad..I mean the costumes are nice, and the 999 roses reward is nice too, and also the chocolate btw, but nothing really outstandingly awesome, like the torch event haha.
