Sorry to those experiencing issues. For those of you who successfully visited Kevin prior to the merge, your characters did make it over. Staff is fully informed about the issue, and are trying to find the cause. Your patience is appreciated, and I hope they get you all back in the game soon.

If you had issues with registering an account with Kevin prior to the merge, please create a new character on a different server (not a server you were merged with!) or use an existing character to send a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com. Unfortunately, I don't know if there is any assistance for that as your platform's database no longer exists, but it never hurts to ask anyway.
