Tried post-reset it still there not getting any SP at all. This is quite unfair to have the SP not working for this slot. A lot of lower level categories work just fine though.

Did my lvl65 redemp totally fine first i panicked because i saw no Sp's but i looked in my temp storage and saw it all stacked up there pls make this a permanent event Gm's this would really help us

I would honestly agree that this should be somehow incorporated in the game. Perhaps alter it to 50% chance upon red-completion to obtain a Soul Print (bound), it would make Redemptions worth the effort again after lv101 (going twilight lv4 -> necropolis lv4 -> back to ToL -> empyrean lv5 -> starglade is really not worth a refining capsule). Along with fixing TG.

It seems on my server that some are getting their soul print and some are not i am getting items from other events just not the redemption. S60 we are half and half on receiving our SP.

Can you just please close this event and put it next week so you have time to fix it?
Its not fair that some players are getting the rewards and some aren't.

make it permanent...it won't really affect R2's income anyway and there won't be any alt abuse
cause you need total 713 SP to max a sperion which will roughly take abt 180 days. and the ppl who are willing to cash for them not going to wait for 6 months. so i think it will really be okay to make it permanent.
