Yes you can get the battle bear reward also.

Are you sure with this that you can get the reward with the same char if you made another BB?

everyone wanting more GMUTs are making more accounts and alternatives and using up loads of MUTs and gold. lagging like crazy with everyone making battle bears at lvl 30. my god even lvl 19 getting battle bear from (S30)(S31)!
its a Permanent event and will every scion be traveling around with hellwings?
