Looking at the list, it looks like Cimmerian Woods is the next in line for Sullen Dunes to merge with. Since Cimmerian Woods is new, you're looking at another couple of months, unless the population were to drop that drastically and they decide to merge you in with Killer's Den and Glacial Planes, but that is doubtful.
