An ETA is hard to give when it comes to figuring out the solution to the bug.

The ETA for a Server Maintenance in the beginning was listed as 1-3 hours.

Just be patient.

Yep, are team are currently focused on getting the bug fixed. Until that happens, servers will remain down.
