Rogues has double the chance to activate skills on perfect frag. They essentially have a 10% chance vs 5% for other jobs on Blood cry and a 12-24% chance vs 6-12% on blood lust II(depending on lvl of frag) when compared to the other jobs.

The question is when will they put up normal events again. Last event I actually liked was the clover event, and thats the week that I actually starting to play Crystal saga again because I liked that event.

What a load of ****, no offense.

2x events for high levels only and 1x event for cashers. Seems like its pointless to wait for events if you are a non casher and you are not on a high level.
