Description: One of the fairies has lost her way in Starglade. Go speak with the Quartermaster from 14:30-15:00 (server time) to take part in finding her! During the event, the Fairy Sister will randomly appear somewhere in Starglade (L1). Find her and lead her back to the Quartermaster to be rewarded! In addition, the first three players to help her out will receive a bonus amount of EXP and rare items, so don’t miss out!

I agree Banjardowo.
Only new event this week and such a small time zone. All other events are just adding to existing stuff.
Why not have it at 14.30-15.00 and also at 2.30 -3.00. This at least gives a lot more players a chance to take part!

I'm liking this "in addition". It sounds like after the first three players, the others still get something. It's always a good thing when everyone gets something, even if it's a little less than the winners. So yay!
