Why even play on a PvE server? I love using my noob rogue to PK random people in random places, lmao, and I like the free drops from red names. PvE is for 30 year olds that still live with mom. xD PvE is for the politically correct people that don't want people and their feelings getting hurt. The s10 combined servers could use some new blood. The same 50 people do the same things everyday. I feel like a hamster on a wheel when I log in. Or maybe its the events and the constant grinding for orders that make me feel like I'm running full speed but not moving anywhere.

Ehh... not everyone is into the PvP aspect such as you and I.
Even though I play on S63 Hellstorm, I must say that I'm not much of a fan of not being able to PK anyone anywhere I wanted to like I did in S48 Nebulan Ridge >_>

Chaos Wings are originally meant to help low levels, level quicker than usual.
It's obvious that the higher tier wings will be better than the Chaos Wings. I wish I had started playing when they had Chaos Wings out, though. >.>

those wings are ugly as heck and i wouldnt wear them if it was free. i will make a toon on new server for sure, i like name. i have toon on pvp but dont see much difference from pve, im not really into pk tho... hardly do pvp events even. and i dont live in my moms basement tyvm.
