why not go for something like off of naruto, where you have the ninja assasin look, but you also have the im going to be hokage. makes things alittle diffrent. you can also do things like via change weapon designs hair. if you added a few variations into the gaming code where you have a choice like a good side and evil side that would throw a good amount of possibilities to be opened.
