However, I will see what will happen regarding a compensation. Keep in mind that I cannot promise one.

joseph, we are aware of the issue is at a very inconvenient time and I want to inform you that we are working as fast as possible.
To the rest, people who is currently also experiencing this issue, please reply to this thread once you can log back in.
