I can't login, Why!!!! All I can see is a darkscreen!!

i tried all (downloading that software n install) but cant log in the game! hope when i open my computer it is already fix
im already feed up since i lost what i ned to do before reset!

hahaha d ko nid magladder d ko naman kinukuha SS nagchecheck lang ako kung makakalagpass na ako ng lv32 ng solo banas lang ako d pa ako nakapagbawas ng xp sa trove nasa lv1 palang ako ng madc ako asr 4-5days n nmn ako hnd magseseng nito!

i try the hotspot shield and my computer got more lagging and i can't enter in different website ......

after that i unstalled it to make my computer safe
