try refreshing it, mine gets 98% then stock. i've refresh it and for the second time it runs. ^^ there'll be white something at the middle of address bar and the game that will appear and you need to close it

seems to be okay now since that shield is on i can get to char screen with infinte% (as usual). Just slow since cache is cleared.. All in all working. ty for help. can be in game after the loading screen finished.

Yes, we are currently aware that servers S1-S3 are working fine. Have you tried the Hotspotshield Method?

i already did what Caia advice clear all cache, ipconfig/flushdns, install new flash but still cannot open my account on s63 but when i tried on s1 it run
