That probably happened before the emergency maintenance. There were people posting about that problem too, though it got overshadowed by those complaining about the priests one shotting. They probably fixed both issues during that maintenance, but those who lost out before would still be upset.

Fix the Gem disappearance without leaving a server log. I've been dealing with the same issue through Customer Support for over a month now.. but because they dont feel like looking through the logs to show where the gem went. Very irritating and low class customer support compared to other games.
