either the Chinese site already had it and the player copied them claiming it as their own. or R2 made it based off the suggestion, in which yes they are both same site, its not taking it if a player donates a idea to r2 site. however it is taking it /copyright infringement if a player tries to steal someone's idea from another platform or this one, like say if i was to report some unreleased content as a suggestion- only thing I can claim is that I reported it at a suggestion- not that the suggestion or idea itself was mine.
basically just have to ask gm of where it came from &will have your answer if that poster was just a person skimming the Chinese sites for stuff to post in forums, yes it happens a lot

You forgot one last possibility: that maybe the guy on the french cs created it, and the chinese stole it from him (if it exists there). Would have to compare the chinese's creation date to this guy's thread date (july 12th).

Anyway, I'd rather stay positive and think that his idea was taken into consideration and no one stole anyone's work .
