    [Patch Notes] Crystal Saga 11/7 Update

    This week we've got a few activities you may be familiar with, along with a new dungeon, and a slew of bug fixes. Check out the details below!

    Promotions
    New Dungeon: The Corruption
    • Open daily from 19:30-20:30, speak with the Battlemaster to enter the staging area of this new dungeon.
    • Once every 3 minutes, one or two Humafulous will spawn. Defeat one to be teleported to the first level of the dungeon.
    • There are 10 levels in total, and each successive level comes with a more challenging set of monsters and BOSS.
    • Rewards include Crystal Heart Fragments, ancient and powerful relics which can be used to synthesize Crystal Hearts.
      ***Note: this Crystal Heart has not yet been released. Players can collect the fragments, but can not yet synthesize Crystal Hearts.***

    Bug Fixes
    • Fixed issue with priest skill Improved Holy Light. The skill was quite weak, healing just 584 HP every 2 seconds for 12 seconds at level 5. The skill now heals 1% of HP every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. Skill effect increases by 1% for each skill level increase.
    • Fixed issue with priest skill Blood Pool where it was not preventing all enemy skills from being used. The skill now prevents use of all other skills.
    • *EDIT: this skill sppears to still have some issues* Fixed an issue where priest skill Demon's Grasp was not lasting the full duration.
    • Fixed an issue where ranger skill Pierce Arrow was not doing as much damage as it should have been.
    • Fixed the description for priest skill Sacred Space. The skill should and does last a maximum of 10 seconds.
    • Fixed issue where level 110 pets tamed in the level 110 Dreary Mire zone could not be placed in the Vault.
    • Fixed an issue where when selecting the Hide/Show Players button, character bodies would disappear, but Auras and Sperions displays were still visible. These are now also hidden when hiding other characters.
    • Fixed an issue where certain map names were not displaying correctly when entering new areas.
    • Fixed issue where players are unable to enter cities when riding a double mount with another player.


    Other Bugs Addressed
    • Priest skills Improved Blood Beam and Master Blood Beam sometimes do less damage than regular Blood Beam. This is because the skills are very similar in the amount of damage they deal; sometimes the lower-level skill will hit for a greater amount of damage.
    • Priest skills Curse of Weakness, Ring of Decay, and Phlegmatic Curse deal the same amount of damage for critical and non-critical hits. This is because they are secondary skills; they don’t deal damage directly, but focus on improving on player attributes.


    UPDATE
    There appear to be some issues still with priest skill Demon's Grasp. Our developers are currently looking into it, and we'll post an update as we know more.

    might want to correct that lol its a unfair advantage against not for rogues lol

    and ive already given plenty of solutions instead of completely killing the shadow tree for rogues in arena

    hope the gms listen or they will lose a lot of players

    Like the bugs updated but the Warrior area Rogues not being able to stealth sucks. That's like priest not being able to heal while they are in there. Unfair advantage for Rogues

    It's incorrect description, checked it from other version. It SHOULD be "Immune to all displace effects".

    I'd agree with adding a quest to move up, 20 people per day tops now. Possibly less if it kicks you out of the arena when time is up. That said I think first hit getting it is good, if it was last hit then it would pretty much be a rogue only event.

    Humongolus blows, its 1st hit gets to go up, while others do the rest of the work. Either add PVP into the area or give others chances to go up by adding a quest like kill 25x Thundermouse.

    I can back that up with my own observations as well, we had a level 75 scion knight kill the 1st or 2nd Humafluous over the top 2 rogues (Level 150 Ediolon and level 149 Eidolon) in my server. And to give you an idea of relative attack speeds, the knight in question needed more than 2 people helping him to kill scarecrows last week, at least one of those 2 rogues was soloing them regularly.

    actually its not a rogue event lol.... the way the Humafluous (or however its spelled) goes... first person to hit it gets the kill.... so long as they keep attacking and do not die....

    but thats just an observation coming from a rogue

    I hope someone can start a thread to make Corruption reward list per level

    Corruption Pack level 7 = soul shard x1 , Divine feather (bound) x1 , Rune of Evil x1 , Gold Key x1 , GMUT (bound) x1

    I'd like to make a correction about blood beam.
    I've done extensive testing on the damage prior to this patch. It WAS a fact that regular blood beam was doing more than improved and master blood beam consistently due to the fact that basic blood beam had an hp modifier of approximately 6.7% equivalent to blood pact's at lv 5. This was easy to prove because with our luck stat being high, we can consistently hit lucky strike (1.15x dmg). This resulted in consistent blood beam attacks doing more than its improved and master counterparts at lv 5.

    Please correct the fact that blood beam has been fixed back to its proper 4.5% modifier and not hide the fact that it had 6.7% hp modifier.

    As for curses, glad there's finally an official announcement on the reason why curse dmg isn't affected by criticals.

    I only see 6 tokens a day... where are you getting daily quest from? o.o

    I am not impressed with Corruption, it was a waste of my time, and maybe if there were different platforms it might be better but 100 players all trying to fight 5 mobs just isnt fair. This is my opinion, this dungeon stinks and i wont be playing it anytime soon...
