We have no seen a christmas tree since the 19th guys, same for Kongregate servers as well as Kabam servers. Please double check your event because we haven't leveled ours at all, and it only appeared once. So unless it was intentional for it to spawn once, and only 9 hours to decorate it, then this event is glitched.

Ya Tink where the heck is our tree at?? its Sunday and it only popped up on the 19th and disappeared early morning? I any GM, moderator or support personnel can address this for us on the Kabam server that would be awesome, thank you☺

You have until December 25th to finish decorating your tree. If your tree is completed then you wait. You can claim the gift pack from decorating the tree on December 25th ONLY. So make sure you log in on that day.

I do not believe that you had to turn in the holly to collect the rewards. The requirements of this event are very simple, you must be level 20, and you must collect the pack on December 25th. That is it.
