    Are the items here bound?

    It gives:
    Santa set costume
    Reindeer set costume
    Snowman
    Santa Sleigh mount

    Are they bound if you purchase?
    and the costumes what gender?

    Can anyone answer?

      They are bound if you purchase them for yourself. Costumes and special event items are often untradable and can only be given away to another player by gifting. You could see the gift option just below the buy option when you click the purchase of your choice. The costumes automatically reform to your character's gender.
