Guessing not better than your hellwing golem, it has simaliar stats to the Ethereal Warbull Mount that was released. Assuming stats are close to gryphon after morphing and feeding.

Confirmed it is a copy of the ethereal warbull, and the upgrade even looks like the warbull.. as in glowing.
