Description: Beginning when the clock hits Midnight on January 1st, 2014, the first player to kill 100 *Elite* monsters (level 30+) will be honored with the title “Elite Slayer” from Quartermaster! This title is available to just one person per server and increases all stats by 2%!

Note: this title will be given to one player per merged server.

It boosts heal and HP as well (I personally missed the HP my first time experimenting with it), but yeah, it doesn't boost all stats really.

2% all stats? Seem like it only boost your damage and Def( Not Crit/Attack speed/ dodge/ hit rate)

God, after 4 and a half hours of hunting I finally got the horrid title, lol.
I was hoping it would be a nice orange or dark purple title, but yellow works fine as well.

I think you just...wing it. The Event Master has the link for it, but it says 0/100. So I'm guessing you just go back and check with the NPC after however long you AFK.

That's what I wanted to know also. T__T; Guess we'll just have to check the NPC just incase and then haul our butts to our grinding site.
