how can we make those gem into coupon if there is no npc that can make it?
*about magic scroll not all of us had it

* that extraordanary is droped by world boss, and only 18 world boss spawn twice a day (9 wb every spawn) and there a lots of player waiting to kill ( for eidolon expedition or title or this events) only strger player get kill them and the loot for their pt ( 5 plaYER)

1.5 hr no platona spawn... who said he is spawn every one hour ? i killed him 1.5 hour ago and i came back 45" later n there it g0es another 45" afk n no spawn... oh my so called soul insignia....
