yes , under News and Events and it will last 6hrs or could be shorter. all US west servers merging together

Servers will go back online when they're ready -- as stated in the thread, the approximate duration may be up to 6 hours, so until then, be patient.

so it looks lie S38 isnt changing so i wonder if that one will open up or maybe they will just open the game up all together
