I hate it dam kb/s are started to go zero again what to do i tryed all way to log in but its not i deleted cookis etcs etcs reset pc reset modem no way dam what to should i do guys ??

maybe the problem lies within ur internet provider. What internet do u use? I don't have any problem using chrome..
