where should i use x2 drop tokens?

are the drop tokens for use in dungeons (like where vega the mad is) or when out afking??

You can ultimately use drop tokens whenever you'd like, but they have no affect on boss drops. I personally would not suggest using them in any dungeons as it requires too much moving around to efficiently attack mobs (most players skip past the mobs and head for the bosses anyways). I'd suggest using tokens only when you're planning on AFKing for the hour in areas rich with mobs.
